For copy only

b. Or use text (.TXT) format
c. Or put the copy in the body of your email
2. For pictures or graphic files
a. Send in JPG, TIF or EPS file formats
b. Don’t send at resolutions lower than 300 dpi/ppi as they
will reproduce poorly in print
3. For camera ready ads
a. PDF format is preferred format (see above for required pdf settings)
b. We can also accept the ad in high resolution JPG, TIF or EPS format
c. If the PDF is for a full color ad, leave it as a composite
d. If the PDF is for an ad that includes one or more spot colors,
leave it as a composite

Email
Guidelines |
• Put the recipient of your
email in the subject line (usually your salesperson).
• If you have an attachment, give a clear explanation in the
email of what the attachment is and how it’s to be used.
• If you are sending more than one attachment, attach them all
to one email. Please do not send multiple emails with single attachments.
• If your files are very large, you may use a compression utility.
• For very large files (3 MB or larger) contact us for FTP options. |
